2017 Fall Pork Deposit
Our Whey-Fed Pork is available for $6 per pound of hanging weight. Whole hogs will typically be about 160-200 lbs hanging weight, and will be cut to your specifications and vacuum sealed. If you would like any of your cuts smoked, this can be done for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information on these options.
2017 Winter Grass-Fed Lamb Deposit
Our Grass-Fed Lamb is available for $7 per pound of hanging weight and are available by the whole or half. A whole lamb will be about 50 lbs hanging weight, and will be cut and packaged to your specifications. Lambs will be processed in early December. Please contact us with any questions!
